Privacy & submissions

This first edition stores email addresses submitted to the collection-news list, and community submissions that you choose to send. We do not collect payment information.

The collection-news list

When you tick the consent box and join Blush & Tell, your email address and opt-in time are sent to MailerLite, the email service we use for Makeup Is Life updates about new looks, techniques and collection news. Where our database is configured, we also retain the consent wording and time there. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops further emails. We do not sell your email address.

Community submissions

We store your display name, photo, selected look, product list, technique notes and the time of submission. Submissions are private and pending review. There is no public gallery in this edition. Please do not include contact details, sensitive information or photographs of children.

You retain ownership of your submission. By submitting, you give Makeup Is Life permission to display it on this site with your display name after review. This permission does not include third-party advertisements. Submit only material you own or have permission to share.

Request removal

Contact info@waymaker.cx to request removal of an email address or submission. Include the display name and approximate submission date, or the email address used.

Saved looks and shade notes

Saved looks and personal shade notes use local storage in your browser. They are not sent to our server and do not sync between devices. Remove a saved look with its button, clear a note with Save my note, or clear this site’s browser data to remove everything. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see these notes.
